Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 19 August 2026
We would rather refund an unhappy customer than keep their money. This page explains exactly how, with no conditions buried in small print.
1. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel Trickly Plus at any time from Profile → Subscription, or by emailing support@trickly.in. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep full access until then, and you are not charged again.
There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
2. When we give a refund
- Within 7 days of your first payment — a full refund, for any reason at all. You do not have to explain why.
- Charged by mistake — for example a duplicate payment, or a charge after you cancelled — a full refund of the incorrect amount.
- The service was substantially unavailable for a prolonged period during your billing month — a pro-rata refund for the affected days.
3. When we do not
- Part-months after the first 7 days, where the service was working normally.
- Where an account was closed by us for a serious breach of the Terms of Use.
If your situation is not listed here and you think a refund is fair, write to us anyway. We read every message and we are reasonable.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@trickly.in from the address on your account, with the date and amount of the payment. You do not need an invoice number.
5. How long it takes
- We acknowledge every refund request within 48 hours.
- Approved refunds are issued within 7 working days.
- Your bank or card issuer then takes a further 5 to 10 working days to show the money in your account. That part is outside our control.
Refunds are always returned to the original payment method. We cannot pay to a different account.
6. Failed payments
If a payment fails, we retry once and email you. If it fails again your plan moves to Free — nothing is lost, and your learning progress, XP and streak all stay exactly as they were.
7. If you are not satisfied
Please contact our Grievance Officer before raising a chargeback with your bank. We can almost always resolve it faster than the bank can.
